This bar is made from 100% Hawaiian Cacao from Hawai'i Island grown on our farm and a neighbor farm. The flavor in this chocolate bar is subtle and a combination of sweet and tart. Our Li Hing Mui is all-natural and does NOT contain the usual aspartame or Carmine made from red bugs.
